People on the level we discuss here are few and far between. This is someone who uses his high status, his total awareness of G-d to advocate for the Jewish People and intercede on their behalf. He knows what troubles will befall us before they happen and can pray that we be saved. The chasid's thinking is totally in line with what G-d would want at each and every occassion. He must use analytical skills to evaluate what could possibly be the outcome of any particular action and based on that decide if it should be done here and now.
